Building a custom pool is a significant investment, and choosing the right partner makes all the difference. We’ve refined our process to be as clear, communicative, and stress-free as possible — from the first phone call through to your pool’s first season and beyond.

STEP 1:

Free Consultation and Site Evaluation

We begin with a conversation. At no cost to you, we’ll come to your property, listen to your ideas, share our own, assess your site, discuss realistic budget parameters, and take accurate measurements. By the end of this visit, you’ll have a clear sense of what’s possible — and so will we.

STEP 2:

Design &
Visualization

From initial sketches through to 3D renderings, our designers bring your project to life based on your goals and budget. We’ll work through the details until the design feels exactly right — then use the finalized design to produce engineering drawings for construction.

STEP 3:

Expert
Construction

Every stage of construction — layout, excavation, steel and forms, plumbing and electrical, gunite, plastering, tiling, masonry, coping, landscaping, and final clean-up — has built-in quality control checks. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact throughout, and we communicate proactively so there are no surprises.

STEP 4:

Orientation
& Startup

Before we consider the project complete, we balance your pool’s chemistry, run through every system with you, and make sure you feel fully confident operating your new pool. We’re available for questions at any time — and if you’d like us to handle the ongoing care, ask us about our cleaning and maintenance programs and equipment servicing.

Ongoing Care
& Support

Our relationship doesn’t end at handover. Solara provides professional pool cleaning and maintenance, equipment repairs, and remodel services, to clients across Austin and the Hill Country.
